1 session of Integral Eye Movement Therapy with Practitioner Emma Toms. In these sessions you will work together using IEMT to help you release the emotional weight of past experiences, without needing to retell the story, creating more capacity for calm connection, presence, and trust in both yourself and your family.

6 sessions of Trauma Coaching with Christianne Harrison. In these sessions, as a couple or individually, you will explore what’s blocking you and your family, reframe it using internal family systems, kindness and compassion. Together you will explore proven tools and strategies and sequence them so they begin to bring clarity and connection for you and your family.

6 sessions of Therapy with Sharon Rigley-integrative psychotherapist who weaves together a CBT approach with a gentle, trauma-informed and heart-centred way of working. Together you will explore simple ways to calm your nervous system, ease overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself and your family — creating more calm and connection in everyday life.
