Better household mental health: 91.3 % of participants noted improvements in overall mental wellbeing in their homes.
Improvements in child behaviour: 86 % of caregivers saw some level of positive change in their child’s behaviour.
Emotional relief and acceptance: 96.8 % of participants experienced relief in understanding generational trauma and letting go of guilt or blame.
Motivation to apply trauma‑informed practices: 95 % of participants said they were inclined to put into practice what they had learned.
These figures are drawn from feedback collected from 160 participants over 2024 and include their experiences after applying the trauma‑informed lens for a minimum of four weeks.
Through these outcomes, the report testifies to the power of connection, validation, and informed support in breaking cycles of trauma — showing how stronger relationships, better regulation, and increased confidence do more than alleviate immediate crisis; they build long‑term resilience.
